    When will you ship my order?


    We ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Thursday depends on the location) We use 1-2 days to most locations, GTA, ON, QC, Western and Eastern Canada and 1-3 days to USA. You are provided with a tracking number for the shipping service selected. Please use your tracking number to track the status of your package. 

    During summer, if I can't find a shipping under 2 days to your destination, you will be contacted to either upgrade your shipping or cancel your order.

    Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday, will be shipped/delivered next week. (Or you can choose pick up).

    Delivery in Toronto:

    Delivery Rate: $20

    We use a company that delivers on business days only. If you require delivery to GTA or after hours delivery (night/weekend), please call or email and I am happy to call the delivery company and work with them to accommodate your request. (Extra $). 

    Pick Up:

    Pick up is available at our place in North York, close to Lawrence and Leslie Aves. When you choose "Pick Up", I will email/text you to arrange a convenient time for you to come here and send you the full address. 

    At this time, we can't offer exchange or refund on any brownie order. When you buy a box, you agree to ship at your own risk, and acknowledge that there is no insurance for food products by any carrier company.

    What are your shipping SUMMER rates?

    For Ontario/Quebec, we use 1-2 days shipping and our flat shipping rate is $14 and free shipping for orders over $100.

    For Eastern/Western Canada, we use 1-2 days shipping and our flat shipping rate is $25 and free shipping over $120.

    We offer the shortest shipping we can find to USA and we will wait until the weather is chiller in the week to ship, $45 for 1-3 days shipping. 

    Please, remember that due to Covid, there are no guarantees that your order will arrive in the "guaranteed time frame" and there is nothing we can do about that. They do not offer insurance for food packages and I can't offer refund/exchange due to shipping delays. 

    Can I pick up in Toronto?

    Yes, when placing your order, choose “Local Pick-Up” as your shipping option and we will contact you. Our pick-up location is near Leslie Street and Lawrence Avenue East, Toronto.

    Do you ship to PO Boxes and rural addresses?

    We use Canada Post for PO Boxes and rural shipping. It will take longer than the 3-5 days window that we normally guarantee, and we do not recommend sending to these addresses during summer. 

    Do you ship internationally?

    We ship to the USA. Choose one of our 2 flat shipping rates.

    How long do your brownies stay fresh? How do I store them?

    Our artisan brownies are baked fresh with no preservatives. They can be stored in the fridge after arrival for up to 1 month. To store them longer, place them in an airtight container, still in their wrappers, and freeze for up to 6 months. They will thaw in about 30 minutes at room temperature. Or you can remove from the wrapper and thaw them in the microwave on medium heat (microwave in 10 second intervals until thawed). They will keep in room temperature for 10-15 days, depending the weather conditions.

    Do you offer certified gluten-free options?

    Yes! Our Espresso, Chocolate Chip, and some seasonal brownies are all certified gluten-free, tested for <5ppm and approved by GF-Association, recognized by the National Celiac Association.

    Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?

    All of our flavours contain butter (dairy) and are not vegan. Check often to see if we are offering any seasonal flavours that are dairy-free or vegan.

    Carolina’s Artisan Brownies are individually wrapped to keep them fresh longer.

    You can order brownies in 3 different sizes:

    • Snack Size: 1.8” x 1.8” (30-45 grams)
    • Classic Size: 2.5” x 2.5” (60-75 grams)
    • Brownie Torte*: 8” diameter round brownie pie (550 grams) *Select flavours only

    Yes! You can order brownies as client appreciation gifts, holiday gifts, tradeshow giveaways, employee rewards, brand launch gifts and more!     Does Carolina’s Artisan Brownies cater?

    How much notice do you need for Corporate & Catering orders?

    We recommend contacting us at least eight weeks in advance for custom orders to guarantee your date. Custom packaging also requires at least eight weeks notice.

    What happens if I am not 100% happy with my brownies?

    We're passionate about what we do and we want you to be completely satisfied with your brownies. If, for any reason at all, you aren’t 100% happy please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to make it right. (Our guarantee doesn’t cover incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer.)

    Oops…I gave you the wrong delivery address. Now what?

    If you made an error on the address, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reroute your package. There is a $15 fee for rerouting each package, charged by the shipping company.
