Pure sugar cane, sustainable dark Belgian chocolate, sustainable premium red cocoa powder, kosher salt

Gourmet Brownie: 2 large eggs + 110 g unsalted butter + 60g unbleached flour

Gluten-Free: 2 large eggs + 110g unsalted butter + 75g corn starch (or substitute 30g for almond flour)

Dairy-free: 2 large eggs + 110g coconut oil/canola oil/margarine combination + 60g unbleached flour

Dairy & Gluten Free: Use both substitutions above

Each pack makes a 500g Brownie baked in a round or square 8" x 1" (not 2") pan. Our brownies are dense and fudgy and not meant to be cakey and "tall".
