To ensure maximum freshness of your brownies, shipping is available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. NOTE: Orders placed after 12 noon eastern on Wednesdays will be shipped the following Monday. It may take 1-2 days to process orders before shipment. We will contact you if your order has an out of stock item that requires additional time.

Shipping days:

  • We ship from Monday to Wednesday only.

Arrival time - in summer months we will use 1 day shipping whenever possible (we may contact you to upgrade shipping if necessary):

  • Ontario and Quebec - 1 to 2 days from shipping to arrival
  •  East Canada - 1 to 4 days from shipping to arrival 
  • West Canada - 1 to 4 days from shipping to arrival

Local Delivery - Toronto

We offer local delivery in Toronto from Monday - Friday at a rate of $9 per delivery.

Local Pick Up - Toronto

Pick up is available Mon-Sat from 11am to 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up. 
Please note - we can't offer exchange or refund on any brownie order. When you buy a box, you agree to ship at your own risk, and acknowledge that there is no insurance for food products by any carrier company.

For Ontario/Quebec, we use 1-2 days shipping, calculated at checkout and free shipping for orders over $150.

For Eastern/Western Canada, we only give the option of 1-2 days shipping to choose from at the checkout, rates varying from $25 to $40 and free shipping over $175.

Delivery Day: you can choose the delivery day and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but UPS/Purolator may arrive a day before or after...

Delivery Time:GTA area deliveries will be made anytime from 9am to 7pm, we cannot guarantee a specific time.

Guarantee:We know that shipping is not cheap, and we work only with reliable shipping companies that offer tracking and guarantee delivery. If anything happens to your box, if it's lost or damaged, please let us know and send us a picture asap, and we will replace your box.

Tracking: You will have all tracking information. We ask you to provide the receiver's phone number, in case the courier needs to contact them about the delivery.

Incorrect Address: wrong address, missing unit, missing buzzer, no phone number for the recipient... all these can delay the delivery or worse, result in no delivery, which in turn means that the box will return to the kitchen and we'll be charged twice for the delivery and the order will be canceled and not refunded.

Yes, when placing your order, choose "Local Pick Up" and we will contact you. We are located near Edward Gardens (close to Lawrence Ave East and Leslie st)

Our artisan brownies are baked fresh with no preservatives. They can be stored in the fridge after arrival for up to 3 weeks. To store them longer, place them in an airtight container, still in their wrappers, and freeze for up to 6 months. They will thaw in about 30 minutes at room temperature. Or you can remove from the wrapper and thaw them in the microwave on medium heat (microwave in 10 second intervals until thawed). They will keep in room temperature for up to 5 days, depending on the flavour and the weather conditions.

Yes! Our Espresso, Chocolate Chip, and some seasonal brownies are all gluten-free. They are made without the addition of flour.

We use a LOT of chocolate! And not any chocolate. We use only sustainable Belgian Callebaut chocolate in all our brownies.

All our brownies are made with ingredients:

  • 100% all natural
  • No artificial flavours
  • No artificial colours
  • No preservatives
  • Non-GMO ingredients

Our brownies are individually wrapped in compostable (not plastic!!) wrappers to keep them fresh longer. And for easy sharing! No messy fingers checking the flavours at your office party :)

We can work with you to make everything from custom favours for your guests at your wedding, to client appreciation gifts, to employee rewards, or brand launch gifts and more!

Our individual wrapped brownies are also great for real estate open houses and closings. You can order with our standard packaging or design your own. Contact us for more information on custom gifts.

We're passionate about what we do and we want you to be completely satisfied with your brownies. If, for any reason at all, you aren’t 100% happy please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to make it right.

We do not offer refunds/ replacement if the address is incorrect. Or if they are left outside and melt , get soaked or a squirrel eats your brownies. Make sure to have a safe place for the courier to leave them if you are not at home.

You have 2 hours from the time you placed your order to contact us and make any modifications to your order. After that time, there is no guarantee that we are able to make changes anymore.

If you need to cancel your order, we will refund the total, minus any processing fees.

We cannot cancel orders placed for any holidays: Valentine's, Easter, Mother Day's, Father Day's, etc and from October 15th to December 31st.
