“You have to eat your dinner first”…
Waiting to eat dessert. For me, this was the hardest part of growing up. Honestly.

decorated cakes. Well, maybe not in that order.
Later on, we moved to Canada… Here I kept baking cakes, sold Dulce de Leche at the Farmer’s Market, taught baking skills to underprivileged children and was even a judge at Cordon Bleu! But as much fun as I was having, all I wanted to do was go back to my childhood kitchen and make those chocolate brownies that I was never allowed to eat…
And now I can.
Finally, I can share my passion by creating artisan brownies that treat you to your favouritechildhood flavourswith a gourmet flair.
