To ensure maximum freshness of your brownies, shipping is available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. NOTE: Orders placed after 12 noon eastern on Wednesdays will be shipped the following Monday. It may take 1-2 days to process orders before shipment. We will contact you if your order has an out of stock item that requires additional time.

Local Delivery - Toronto
We offer local delivery in Toronto from Monday - Friday at a rate of $20 per delivery. After hours delivery maybe available within the GTA upon request. Please call or email with the details and we will try to accommodate your request. Extra delivery charges may apply.
Local Pick Up - Toronto
Pick up is available Mon-Fri from 11am to 6pm and Sat from 11am to 3pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up. Please note - if you are shipping your order to a third party please understand that we can't offer exchange or refund on any brownie order. When you buy a box, you agree to ship at your own risk, and acknowledge that there is no insurance for food products by any carrier company.
For Ontario/Quebec, we use 1-2 days shipping and our flat shipping rate is $14 and free shipping for orders over $100.
For GTA, we use local courier or delivery for the discounted rate of $11.
For Eastern/Western Canada, we use 1-2 days shipping and our flat shipping rate is $25 and free shipping over $150.
We offer the shortest shipping we can find to USA and we will wait until the weather is chiller in the week to ship, $45 for 1-3 days shipping.
Please, remember that due to Covid, there are no guarantees that your order will arrive in the "guaranteed time frame" and there is nothing we can do about that. They do not offer insurance for food packages and I can't offer refund/exchange due to shipping delays.
Yes, when placing your order, choose “Local Pick-Up” as your shipping option and we will contact you. Our pick-up location is near Leslie Street and Lawrence Avenue East, Toronto.
We use Canada Post for PO Boxes and rural shipping. It will take longer than the 3-5 days window that we normally guarantee, and we do not recommend sending to these addresses during summer.

Our artisan brownies are baked fresh with no preservatives. They can be stored in the fridge after arrival for up to 1 month. To store them longer, place them in an airtight container, still in their wrappers, and freeze for up to 6 months. They will thaw in about 30 minutes at room temperature. Or you can remove from the wrapper and thaw them in the microwave on medium heat (microwave in 10 second intervals until thawed). They will keep in room temperature for 10-15 days, depending the weather conditions.
Yes! Our Espresso, Chocolate Chip, and some seasonal brownies are all certified gluten-free, tested for <5ppm and approved by GF-Association, recognized by the National Celiac Association.
All of our flavours contain butter (dairy) and are not vegan. Check often to see if we are offering any seasonal flavours that are dairy-free or vegan.

Catering orders can be dropped-off on site within the GTA or picked up at our facility near Leslie Street and Lawrence Avenue East, Toronto. Visit our Corporate & Catering page for more information.
We recommend contacting us at least eight weeks in advance for custom orders to guarantee your date. Custom packaging also requires at least eight weeks notice.
We're passionate about what we do and we want you to be completely satisfied with your brownies. If, for any reason at all, you aren’t 100% happy please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to make it right. (Our guarantee doesn’t cover incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer.)
If you made an error on the address, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reroute your package. There is a $15 fee for rerouting each package, charged by the shipping company.
If you need to cancel an order, please email us at hello@carolinasbrownies.com. You have 2 hours to cancel your order. You will be refunded on your credit card (minus any Shopify fee). After this period, if your order has already been processed, no refund will be issued.
